OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Oklahoma City Police responded to a fatal auto-pedestrian accident Thursday morning.
According to officials, the accident happened near NE 23rd St. and Sooner Rd. around 1 a.m. when police received a call about a man lying in the road.
Upon arrival, officers found the man deceased in the roadway. Shortly after, police received another call from a person saying they may have hit someone on their way home.
“They are cooperating with the investigation,” said Lt. Jeff Cooper with OKCPD.
No more information is available as the investigation continues.
